2. For reservations, 50% downpayment within two (2) days after confirmation of item reserved.
3. A grace period of two (2) days will be given to the purchaser/buyer to pay in full otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled and the item will again be available for other buyers.
4. Reservations are for sure buyers only.
5. Downpayment is non-refundable.
6. Buyers will shoulder/pay the shipping fee, it will be added to the total payable amount.
